Getting my sh*t together

Hey!

I have been so motivated recently!! I don't know if it's because I'm about to embark on a new adventure with starting university or if it's just that I'm finally, after a scary few months of illness, getting my mojo back. Recently I've been getting up early, drinking eight glasses of water a day, getting in more exercise, keeping the place super clean and organised and even starting writing again for this blog - let's see how long that lasts eh!

I know better than most how easy it is to get yourself into a slump. We can be super motivated one day and lacking the energy to even move the next. It's okay to have a hump day (and it doesn't have to be a Wednesday) but it can be all too easy to let that slump take over our lives. I've truly seen some pretty mind boggling results with my mental and physical health since getting my sh*t together.



It's amazing what a clean space can do for your general wellbeing and, often, decluttering can declutter those thoughts that are getting you down. When I'm feeling uninspired and unmotivated I put on some upbeat songs, drink a cup of green tea, open the windows/go for a walk to get some fresh air and simply, begin.
